Total Payback of $3879.00 for 22 boats at Mead Team event on July 10, 2010
Lake Mead Fishing is "HOT" Leading up to 2010 U.S. OPEN
To say fishing is "Hot" on lake Mead is an understatement, "Literally". With morning temps in the upper 80s anglers fishing the Won Bass Teams event on lake Mead were greeted with calm winds and Hot temps....
With the post spawn bite in full effect it was a battle of ounces with plenty of bags in the 8-11lb range.
Topwater, Jigs & Dropshot proved to be the most effective weapons of choice for the majority of anglers. Upcoming US Open anglers will need to employ one or all of these technics to bring home a Win on Lake Mead. Plan on needing a 7-8lb bag per day to get "IN THE MONEY" at the US OPEN.
